Naomi Wildman is the first child born upon Voyager and is the daughter of Ensign Samantha Wildman and Greskrendtregk, a Ktarian left behind in the Alpha Quadrant.
She was born in 2372 and only lived for a few hours. However, thanks to a spacial anomaly a duplicate Voyager and crew were created. When that Voyager faced distruction, the duplicate Captain Janeway ordered that she be taken across to the original ship.
It is not known what happened to Naomi during the time that the Hirogen took over the Voyager or when the crew were taken to the planet of Quarra and had their memories altered. However, when the Kazon abandoned the crew on Hanon IV she was still a small baby and nearly died due to the harsh conditions of the planet.
Thanks to the Ktarian genes Naomi has grown pretty quickly. Although only five years of age, she looks more like an eight or nine year old. She has managed to make friends with a lot of the crew, including Seven of Nine, who refers to her as a "subunit of Ensign Wildman" and became "Captain's Assistant" to Captain Janeway. She also took it upon herself to introduce herself to new members of the crew, such as Marla Gilmore formerly of the USS Equinox.
When the Borg children, including Icheb, came on board she became friends with them. Her friendship with Icheb continued when the other children left, and he helped out in her education.
Voyager came home to the Alpha Quadrant in 2378. It is not known what has happened to Naomi since that homecoming but it is hoped she was finally able to meet her father.

As if being a duplicate of the original Naomi Wildman wasn't confusing enough there are also some additional time line scenarios that she probably doesn't know about.
In 2378, Voyager was split into several different time periods. When a Chakotay from that year investigated he discovered a Naomi and Icheb from 2394 in the astrometrics lab. Since Voyager made it home in 2378 it is doubtful that Naomi will experience this.
In 2404 Admiral Janeway made the decision to travel back in time to a Voyager still in the Delta Quadrant. Before she left she attended the ten-year anniversary of Voyager's homecoming. Present at the party was Sabrina, Naomi's daughter. Since the Admiral succeeded in her mission to bring Voyager home earlier there is no certainty that Sabrina will exist in the new future.
